We would like to inform you about an important change in our management board, effective June 19, 2024.

Mr. Xinjian Yin has resigned from his roles as Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of CTF Solar to take on higher-level responsibilities within the Triumph Group. Mr. Yin will continue to stay connected with CTF Solar through his new role as General Manager of Triumph Glass Holding, where he will oversee our CdTe solar module factories in China.

Ms. Yanfei Gao has been appointed as the new CTIEC shareholder representative at CTF Solar.

Dr. Bastian Siepchen will now serve as the sole General Manager (CEO) of CTF Solar, bringing his extensive experience and vision to our leadership team. We are confident that these changes will strengthen our commitment to excellence in the solar industry and look forward to a successful collaboration with our new management team.
